While in there, inspected the strange rattling idler pulley.

Looked like the A/C compressor was replaced in the past but had much smaller pulley diameter or the aftermarket belt was simply just too large.

This resulted in adjuster bolt running out of thread and someone even applied too much force.







It's twisted and bent so going to replace it.











Interestingly, the bearing grease was all over the place and this was the reason for the rattling feeling.

Replaced with the new bearing.















By the way, replaced the rod holder at both the bonnet/hood and the Eng bay cover.

They were partially broken and no longer serving their duty.

Small things but all of these add up to the refreshed feeling.....
