After so many extra tasks, finally, I can focus on the cooling system refresh that was the main reason for the visit for this NSX.

During the inspection stage on deciding the service procedure, already found several issues.

So, addressed almost all of them on this occasion.








Looks like someone already tried something in the past.








Also, massive force was applied on the linkage of the water valve in the past.

Not too serious and can be repaired so decided to re-use it after filling the gap.










Replaced the kinked heater core pipe together with the repaired water valve.












Nothing new here.

Just so many heavily corroded coolant pipes.

Make sure to inspect them as you may need replacing the pipe itself if the corrosion is too deep.
