Cooling Sys, etc 01

Had been servicing another NSX for several months and just returned it to the owner.

Will back date all the blog entries to 20/Apr.

Due to pandemic situation, initially, the plan was to just carry out cooling system refresh and replace the aged crank pulley.

However, never serviced this NSX before and found several things to be sorted at high priority.

After discussing with the owner, decided to place parts order to Japan to address many of them while the car was at my place.

As I didn't want staying inside the cabin for a prolonged time, didn't realise how bad the leakage was from the CL master cyl until after few days.

It was dripping over the carpet so had to place the shop towel until the arrival of parts from Japan.

After some discussion, we decided to go for the NSX-R CL pedal with damper-less joint so had to wait for the arrival of the parts.

After a few months, this was what I found…..

Probably one of the worst status.

While there are many LHD spec aftermarket CL master cyl available on the market, I don't think that is the case for the RHD one so I believe this is OEM but still looked different.

Someone already adjusted the pushrod length as well for some reason.
