As I left enough time for the paint to cure, time to refurbish the callipers.

Most of the parts for the Front calliper overhaul process.


Depending on what greases being used, how and where they are applied, it will make quite big difference over the time in preventing the corrosion to the parts.


These are the know-how that are not on the manual.

As always, once installed, important to double check the smooth operation of both pistons as well as seating of the dust boots.
