Please replace brake fluid regularly.
If street driving, at least every 2 - 3 years.

The widely used production car brake fluid has ester bonding and when it meets the moisture, it will cause hydrolysis and turn into boric acid.
Keeps the relatively high boiling point but cause internal metal corrosion.

On this NSX, the internal pipe wall already started showing the trace of rust.

Replaced the seized FR brake pipe.

If you have done the ABS upgrade process, you will know how difficult it is to replace the brake pipe without first removing the ancient classic ABS modulator….

The Goodridge Custom made brake line with stainless fitting.

Hose length and number of line locator/holder specified to match both the original and 97+ caliper size.

The off-the-shelf Goodridge product would have just one line locator at the Front and also the line length is not suitable for the 97+ spec so not recommended.

Manufactured at the Goodridge factory and each line pressure tested.

Many of the Goodridge brake lines on the online stores are manufactured by the store, etc using the material from Goodridge and sold using the Goodridge branded box.
Not sure whether they are pressure tested or not.

Replaced some of the slider pins.

For the position of the brake calipers on our NSX, the slider pin with the flat section goes to the bottom side.

Front side.

Always take care not to twist the brake line while tightening the flare nut.

Rear side.

Will adjust the parking brake mechanism after installing the master cyl.

Can't start the engine without oil cooler so no assist from the brake booster.
Will generate specified vacuum pressure with the pump.
