After the piston installation, double check the operation.

All piston should move smoothly in and out.

When pushing or winding back, should be able to do so without big force.
If not, something is not installed properly.
If done so many times, you could even tell from the difference in the amount of friction.

It's a night and day difference now from what I first saw on this caliper.

As mentioned, couldn’t move the piston for 1mm even with the use of piston tool.
Now, I can slide/rotate the piston with just the finger.

As expected, big leakage at the master cyl.

Didn't feel like staying under the bonnet too long with the current virus situation so decided to stop cleaning at this stage.
I'm afraid no painting on this occasion so going to cover with silicone grease.

Another reason to overhaul the brake system this time.

All fittings including the line holder area were so corroded that I was worried about the brake fluid leakage from the hose.

At the FR side, impossible to release the fitting so no other option but to cut it off.

RR side was also almost seized and twisted but managed to release it.

When the engine is out of the bay at the time of Eng Refresh, replace the RR pipe for pre-caution.
