Information for the owner on the compression check…..
While all compression data showed good result, suspicious tiny bit of extra carbon or black stain on all three spark plugs at the Front bank.

No misfire or hesitation observed so if this was at the Rear bank, it could be the case that the spark plug holes were flooded with moisture causing misfire long time ago and the black stain was from that time.

However, it is on the Front bank so please check the cam timing and valve clearance at the time of next TB/WP service.

Hope you can consider my Eng Refresh as the candidate.

Also, at some point, be ready to replace all three IG coils at the Rear bank as the metal layers are already lifting and they could cut into the transformer wounds.

I'm curious if you are allowed to ask how the spark plugs show misfire?
