And that made the service even more difficult.

The moisture managed to seep into the lower bolt section and oxidised the thread and corroded the bolt body, etc.


Was very scary removing the bolt as I could feel it could shear off.


Used the back and forth method to carefully removing it.


So many oxidation behind the oil cooler holder so cleaned thoroughly before re-installation.

These are the two coolant hoses that takes 2hrs from start to finish for replacing even without any issues.

Applied high temp grease at the top hat in a hope slowing down the further rust.

Crank Pulley bolt torqued to the spec.
