Always replace CL master/slave/hose as a set.

Wiped off the old grease and applied the Urea grease in the cup at the release fork.

Prefer using the chemical type of this base grease for the Urea than the one sold outside of Japan.
I think they are green colour at much cheaper price.
















A/C CCU cabin temperature sensor aspirator fan.

Self diag didn't trigger anything so electrically, it's connected but the fan is not spinning.

Probably something obstructing it or simply someone adjusted it too tight as the fan itself looked too clean for the age of the car.


















Didn't like the way the fuel return hose was installed.
It was kinked and touching the air pipe.

Re-installed properly.
















Both the A/C and ACG belts were very loose.

If I wanted, I could rotate it one full turn.

Later decided to replace the crank pulley so adjusted the tension at both belts properly.
