Hope everyone is fine and keeping safe.

Under current situation, safer to focus on simulation projects and electronics components or
washing and detailing the car.

A while ago, another owner contacted me with intermittent CCU operation.

Last year, I encountered with the worst condition CCU board in my life.

For the 1st time, I had to remove one of the green connector for repairing
addition to other components such as the motor driver IC, Tr, diode array, etc.

On this occasion, the owner sent me several photos and at first,
it looked very bad but not to the level as the worst one.

However, once I received the board and started the inspection,
I realised the huge challenge in front of me.

The car was parked for ages that the leaked acid penetrated the board really bad that some of the pads were completely dissolved.

Some of the leads were also dissolved and gone….

MOV, Tr, etc were still operational but heavily damaged.

At the end, had to remove all four motor driver ICs and even the brown connector….

Started the repairing process.

This is going to take some time…..
