New crank pulley installed and torqued to the spec.

T3TEC pulley shield in the background.

Fairly surprised with the state of the TH body.

It was cleaned well over 5+ years ago but only like 8K miles covered.

Idle air adjust screw was not replaced at that time but on this occasion, had to be replaced.

Cleaned to this level with new idle air adjust screw.

It's air assisted INJ spec so slightly different from other models.

Cleaned the release fork 'pocket' and applied fresh Urea grease for the new slave cyl.

You can see several rust on the pressure plate (basket).

Imagine these rust on the surface of the flywheel, friction disc, etc.

This wiil cause juddery feeling on leaving the garage and for quite some time until all rust are removed while you are driving.

If you park the car over night and if you see rust on your brake disc, then chances are, you are very likely to have some level of rust on the CL as well.

Another reason to drive regularly.

Eng/Gbox ready to go back into the bay.
