The only crank pulley shield that meets my requirement.

The T3TEC shield.

















The oil cooler removed, cleaned, fibure of 8 gasket replaced and re-installed with new hoses and bands.
















The benefit of cleaning the parts.

Couldn't see it when it was covered in oil but noticed tiny crack at the TB mid rear cover.

No problem as it will be sealed by the rubber gasket behind.




















Cleaned and de-greased the valve cover before installing all these new gaskets/seals.

No more moisture left at this stage.
