Check the timing one more time.



















NSX doesn't have automatic tension adjuster.

It relies on the adjustment made at the time of TB service until the next one so very important to adjust it properly.

Tension adjusted and double checked.



















New TB lower cover and the seep tube grommet as part of new WP package if specific parts no. used.

















Before installing the A/C belt idler pulley, replaced the bearing as it was already making rattling/squeaking noise.
















New rubber seal at the TB tension adjuster bolt.

Probably missing on your engine.
