Kept the TH at WOT and disabled the INJ by disconnecting the connector to the INJ resistor unit.

Later models have different INJ spec so there is no INJ resistor unit and just a simple connector with metal bar inside to create short circuit.

In the process of compression check.

Once again, the long hours well spent on the valve clearance adjustment.

The compression data from all six cyl came within 2psi deviation.

[unit: psi]
Cyl 1: **8, Cyl 2: **8, Cyl 3: **7
Cyl 4: **7, Cyl 5: **6, Cyl 6: **8

Finishing off the reassembly process.

Don’t forget the 2 brass metal collars before placing the IGN coil cover.

Otherwise, it will create a gap between the valve cover and coil one when the fixing bolts are tightened.

The moisture/rain water/etc will easily get inside the coil cover resulting in corrosion at the coils and plugs and eventually, the misfire....

Applied silicone grease at the rubber seal of the IGN coil cover to keep it healthy.

Recommend to apply this grease once a year.
