Time for the re-assembly process.


From here, it's just a matter of putting everything back in place with the consideration for the sequence so not much photos, I'm afraid.



Oil level gauge and A/C idler pulley are installed and the Front/Rear mid TB covers are now back in place.

Eng Oil cooler is installed with the thread of upper two bolts coated with Honda bond.

New Crank pulley for MT torqued to the spec.


One of the ‘MUST’ item to be replaced during the TB service.



Hope to vacuum fill the coolant very soon and fire up the engine for another compression check after the Valve service.
