Finally, the heat shield came off after using dremel and disc.
Already someone drilled out the stud bolts from the front CAT and based on what I experienced, I'm not going to re-install the heat shield.
Many owners including myself don't use them for the same reason.
















Once again, it's that annoying coating….
Eyesore and baked even into the paint work…..

Fortunately, in 80s', anyone joined Honda would have gone through the training course including working at the factory assembly line,
selling/servicing cars at the dealership, go through different departments including CAD/CATIA design, patent, manager course, etc.
Used what I learnt at that time plus the latest products to carefully remove some of the coatings to this level.






Keep cleaning but going to leave some of them as they are because it's too risky trying any further.






















New OEM fuel filter and installed.

Double checking the alignment of the fuel line as quite often, you will see the pipe scratching against other parts.
