As mentioned earlier, decided not to touch the mistakes made from the old services as they are part of the oil pump body.
Therefore, two bolts (yellow arro) won't be installed.

As the TB lower cover and even the expensive gasket are both new, very unlikely to cause any issues until next TB service.
But as a precaution, applied small amount of liquid gasket at the mating area.

The position of the bolt on the rear mid cover (blue arrow) and the design of how the mid cover is held against the lower cover,
probably overkill but can't take any chances in protecting the TB for many years.



















Placed the valve cover briefly.
No gasket yet and marathon session of valve clearance adjustment to follow so just for photo purpose.
Already looking good.













There was an option to fit the crank pulley protector but for this owner's driving condition and the driving style,
just replace the crank pulley at every TB/WP service so not going to be installed.

Just attached briefly for photo purpose.
