Cleaned the entrance of intake manifold as much as possible.
Can't do any further without removing the manifold.....

Looked into the huge rattling noise on Off TH but also even when cruising at steady 2,500rpm.

If it was just at the time of Off TH, I would say it's the super dirty TH body+EACV+dash pot delay but since it was happening even at cruising modde of around steady 2,500rpm, something outside of VVIS such as the linkage, diaphgram, etc.
The vacuum tank is operaing fine and it's holding good vacuum even after stopping the engine for few hours so it can cope with sudden changes of vacuum status of the intake manifold.

Later, during the final test driving session, confirmed that the rattling noise was completely gone so it would be interesting to see if we put back the VVIS end stop setting back to original position.
The owner will need to clean the VVIS chamber in the future any way so that will be a good opportunity to make this change.
