New WP, new bolts with the red sealant and the original dowel pins.


In the process of cleaning the old red sealant from the 9 bolt holes and oil at one hole.

After carefully resurfacing the mating cyl block, installed the new WP.

Time to carry out the leak check on the cooling system.


As mentioned several times, you don’t want to find any leakage at the WP after completing the TB service only to disassemble everything one more time….


As WP is now installed, there will be no more coolant spillage so cleaned the lower area a little.

The crank oil seal was very clean so it is going to be reused.
