Strange paste like debris trapped along the butterfly shaft.
Also, dust like black carbon coated the entire butterfly.
Probably the effect of using aftermarket air filter in the past.
New idle air adjust acrew installed. For now, will set it here for the fireup before carrying out the base idle rpm adjustment.
