Finally, the spline moved after all these time…..

Nearly bent my forged heavy duty puller…….

Quite surprised as initially, it looked as if someone removed the drive shaft in the past so wasn't expecting it to be seized inside the hub.

Any way, finally I can move on to the next stage.....
















The crack at the header tank was much worse than what I normally saw.

Looked as if extra force was applied.

No chance of keeping the coolant level even at the min line and ofcourse, not at the ideal pressure.












Probably someone tried fixing the coolant seepage from the fibre layer by adding the jubilee clip.

It won't fix the issue because it's the coolant hose manufacturing problem.

Not fan of using this type of clip.

All hose bands will be replaced together with the new hose.
