Looking at the removal of front header.

I must say, poor design…

No room at all behind the nut and it's already heavily corroded.....

I'll probably need cutting the new bolt....

For now, I hope I can break off both heavily corroded bolts with ease and deal with the nut after removal.

Just hope I can put my cutting disc without any issues….






















For some reason, always the EPDM coolant hoses stick to the brass heater core pipe.

Polished to this level.

Coolant was seeping from the header core exit aluminium pipe with the bleeder plug as well.

Polished as much as possible.

On purposely positioned the hose band here when using the Koyo Rad.
