For now, I can't do anything and don't want causing any extra damages so all I can do is to gently torque the already cross threaded pulley bolt without slipping the TB or
damaging the woodruff key so locked all four cam shats and just held the crank pulley with the adaptor knowing that there is nothing to stop the crank from turning while
tightening the bolt apart from the TB drive pulley with TB tension and the rib.

Not ideal but damage limitation.

Will leave it to the place doing th TB/WP service.

I wish the owner took my Eng Refresh from the beginning but I must agree, there was no plan of doing any eng related service during this emergency service......

With eng at garage temperature, not accurate at all and it's not at TDC any way but at least, it shows that the valve is seating properly.

The crank tried to rotate clockwise with 100psi source pressure so once again, it confirmed that the piston was already past the TDC.
