The owner told me that he had EPS warning light with code #6 but only at random and very rare occasion.

He also had whine noise from the ACG so replaced it with Denso remanufactured one by himself.

The existing EPS controller is ver. -043 and he has spare one that is also the same version.

No idea whether the spare one is good or not so before making modifications, installed it and confirmed that at least at the time of testing, it operated fine.

Sooner or later, he will experience the famous EPS power relay failure even with this version so replaced the relays with high current capacity spec and installed the spare unit.

Later, during the test driving session, there was no warning light but due to several restrictions on the driving mode,
it was not conclusive and I have a feeling that the EPS light was triggered by the EPS rack that the owner just needs to put more mileage before making further action.

Ah….

I think it's time to replace the brake disc….

Also, as seen on many NSX, the CL hyd pipe and BR booster pipe were scratching each other and nearly punctured.

I'll try doing something during the ABS Upgrade process as I must access this area while installing the new brake pipes.

By the way, I'm 100% sure now that I'm going to have fun removing all these heavily corroded bolts, nuts, bracket during the ABS Upgrade......
