The owner brought majority of the parts because originally, he was planning to carry out the task by himself.

One of the new spark plug had different font on the plug body and also instead of the installation diagram, there was just instruction in text format.

Addition to the Font 'J', the design of the box flap and Font 'P' can be used for inspection but for now, I believe it's from very old batch.

The thread of the plug looked very high accuracy and later, when I installed it finger tight, didn’t feel any strange friction so it is very likely to be genuine but
as a pre-caution, installed it at #4 cyl so that it can be easily accessed later for inspection.

By the way, this is only applicable for PFR6G-11.

6L-11 version on later NSX models uses different Font so the above method doesn't apply.

The owner brought the latest one body ABS modulator but never tested it after the purchase.

Connected it to my NSX and confirmed that the logic circuit is fine.

Another NSX with completely empty refrigerant in the a/c system….

However, after pulling deep vacuum and left for 17Hrs, only small changes in pressure so this is categorised as slow leak.

Unfortunately, no one knows how long it was under the empty status with potential loss of compressor oil and contamination from outside so the owner must take it to a/c specialist for
further analysis and flushing before re-charging the system.

Fortunately, the eng block test showed no sign of CO inside the cooling sys so at least, there is no head gasket issue between the jacket and the cyl.

It's 3.2L C32B engine so metal gasket in use and thus, you don't want seeing any head gasket failures.

This a/c pipe is always close to the CL reservoir bracket but on this NSX, it's way too close.
Fortunately, it's not cutting through the pipe but please be careful not to move/bend the pipe while working on other area.
