In the process of draining the coolant as well as removing the parts.

Looks like this crank pulley was never replaced.

The metal weight was still not dislocated but the actual pulley body was very rusty and lots of debris were peeling off.

Draining the coolant from the rear engine block.


The existing coolant was not the blue Type-2 one so will use compressed air to flush it out while replacing the coolant hoses.

Both the ACG and A/C belts were way beyond their normal usage life.


Both of them had lots of cracks and eventually, they would break.

Once again, some of the bolts for the TB covers were missing.


Or, even they were in place, already corroded and I think I’m going to have fun trying to remove these bolts.


The area behind the crank pulley was covered in sticky gunk.


The oil leakage from the front valve cover landed here and trapped so many dirt, mud, debris, etc that it will take some time to clean these….


I’m bit busy with the other project this weekend but hope to spend some time with this NSX....
