ABS Upgrade Loom from T3Tec.

It can be used straight out of the bag but considering the future diagnosis, I always modify it for better access to the SCS connector.

I need to modify the other one for the LHD owner.

There are 3 different configurations for the ABS warning light circuit and for this year model, I normally use the 2nd config. on JDM.

However, when I tested the system briefly, I noticed that the warning light logic was reversed so I changed to 1st config.

Interesting to find another difference between JDM and UK spec car.

Message to the owner:
If you work inside the cabin and have to disconnect the ABS Upgrade Loom connectors, although indicated in my ABS Upgrade Loom Manual that
your NSX would be using the 2nd configuration, please note that you should use the 1st one instead.

Apart from the brake master cyl, all the pipes, line, modulator, etc were installed and time to install the upgrade loom.

Pass the cable through the big grommet and sealed it using the weatherstrip sealant.

You don't want putting it on your hair….

As soon as I started working inside the cabin, I noticed that the passenger side SRS unit was removed in the past.

Also, there were so many wires, extra boxes, etc hidden around the area.

The bottom of the SRS module.

This gap should not be like this.

Paint lock was also loose so definitely removed in the past.

Later, I found that the bolt for the controllers rack was missing, the rack itself was bent, etc and all these were caused by installing aftermarket parts.

Not great spending extra hours trying to re-install everything properly when there was a specific time limit for returning the NSX to the owner.

I know some owners connects the remaining solenoid connectors each others to keep the tidy look.

I prefer not doing so for specific reason especially if the upgrade was not done by the owner.

Normally in Japan, people will just cut off all these connectors because there is no way you want to go back to the classic ABS.

It's night and day difference from the point of performance, reaction time, weight, size, brain power, etc.

Without the classic ABS controller, there won't be any battery power at the old 250 2pin connector that used to be connected to the ABS pump but as a pre-caution,
I normally remove this ABS motor relay from here.
