As mentioned many times on this blog, please make sure to double check the clearance of any metal pipes around the car.

This is CL Hyd line and from the looks of it, it was touching the body work for years.

Completely rusted all around but fortunately not punctured yet.

I know someone worked on the CL master cyl and also the a/c evaporator looked too clean for the age/mileage of this NSX so probably the pipe was pushed at that time.

Next time when replacing the CL master/slave cyl or flushing the hyd system, please replace this metal pipe as well.

Going to have fun cleaning all these dust, debris….

Now cleaned.... Shiny….

Re-adjusted the shape of the CL hyd pipe and checked for the clearance against the body work.

I normally use long large tyrap in specific angle and run it all the way across the pipe length to confirm that there is enough gap.

And started the installation of the multiple brake pipes for the ABS Upgrade.

It's the most time consuming task of the ABS Upgrade but later, I had to spend even more long hour inside the cabin
when I found out someone already worked in the area but I'll touch on it later.
