The NSX is already returned to the owner on Monday so just catching up updating the blog and will back-date them to 26th.

Immediately after removing the BR master cyl, found quite wet surface at the base of booster cover as well as at the base of the pushrod.

Yes, it's leaking.

Once again, the rust was blocking the seepage hole at the cyl base and the heavily corroded paint was also blocking the recess of
the metal cover that the leaked fluid couldn't go anywhere….

When started the inspection, found so much rust hidden behind the bubbled paint.

Still cleaning all these rust but enough to attach the SST for measuring the pushrod clearance.

Run the engine for a while to achieve the required vacuum pressure to check the pushrod clearance.

Once again, the OEM master cyl was spot on whereas the aftermarket one that the owner brought was out of spec and thus,
couldn't install it without adjusting the clearance.

OEM one to be installed.

These two small fittings for the rear brake set are completely seized.

Having big time releasing them, just like the FL brake pipe that at the end, I had to cut off.

And as seen on many NSX, the bolt head was completely rusted and rounded at the blower motor fan housing lower section.

Had to use extractor tool to loosen this.

I keep new one in stock for this reason.

Finally, they are released!
