And while bleeding the air from the heater core, I noticed strange angle at one of the coolant hose.

Also, one of the hose band was not installed properly and dislocated itself.


The hose just didn't sit properly and almost looked as if under some stress.

So, decided to remove both hose bands and found the cause of the issue.

The hose was installed in wrong orientation.

The yellow dot paint marking should be at the top.













This is because the hose length before/after the bend is different.

With the hose being installed upside down, it will cause stress to the hose itself but not much can be done without disconnecting it so
next time when you have a chance drainning the coolant, please re-install it in correct orientation or just replace the hose at that time.













For now, re-installed the upper hose band at the original position but for the lower side, had to install it properly resulting in different position.
















As a reference, this is the correct orientation of the hose with the yellow dot at the upper side.
