Just keep cleaning the corrosion on the coolant pipes.

It's time consuming but spending extra time now will prevent future corrosion or even the coolant seepage for many years.

With the coolant hoses out of the way, got extra space around the CL master cyl so replacing it.

I now know why this 'supposed to be replaced' new master cyl was already leaking.

During the installation, looks like someone forced and applied too much force at angle to the pushrod.

There was big rattle/play and even the end stop was rotating freely despite the c-ring in place.

I heard many people struggled to lineup the new master cyl against the hole on the firewall as well as the pedal holder.

If you study how the CL pedal assy is held on the chassis, you can easily align the replacement master cyl and no need to apply any force during the installation.

By the way, working on RHD should be much easier than the LHD model.

New one installed and fitting torqued to the spec.

Keep replacing the coolant hoses…..

At one point, the rain turned into snow today…..
