TH body was dirty but not too bad compared some of the ones that I cleaned previously and I think I can re-use the idle air adjust screw.

The paint lock was never touched so it's still at the same position as the factory setting.

Will remove the lock and adjust the base idle rpm and check the IG timing later.

Now the TH body is very clean.

Turned the idle air adjust screw 1 turn anti-clockwise in preparation for the base idle rpm adjustment.

Forgot to report the state of the oil cooler.

At some point, please consider replacing it.

There is heavy corrosion at part of the top section of the oil cooler hat near the coolant pipe.

For now, I rubbed in the high temperature spec grease but couldn't take photo as both of my hand was covered in sticky grease......

Removing the old thread lock.

By the way, this wire for the low oil pressure warning sensor should be held at the corner edge of the valve cover.

I think the cable tie or something is already gone so just hanging around here.

Please deal with it at the time of next TB/WP service.

The most time consuming task of replacing just these two coolant hoses at the oil cooler.

Done.
