As it will be replaced so not a problem but the CL reservoir fluid was really dark colour.

By the way, the driver side wiper blade was not locked properly.

It's aftermarket one but it should be locked at the green arrow position and not at the yellow one.

Re-installed properly.

I'm afraid the dust cover at the CL slave cyl was not installed properly in the past and already took set.

Even with the heater gun to raise the rubber temperature and suddenly applying cold water, it still wants to go back into this deformed shape.

Applied high temp Urea grease into the pocket of release fork and installed the new CL slave cyl.

Will install the new CL hose after removing the three big coolant hoses above.

Tried my best to re-install the dust cover but the lower section already took set so you may want replacing it in the future but for now,
enough to prevent debris from getting inside the case.

Quite surprised to see so much rust at the intermediate shaft.....

In the past, probably kept near the coastal area???

Draining the coolant from the eng block.

Not easy to see in this photo but you can just about see green colour from the rear bank but nothing from the front side…..

This means that the drain plug at the front is blocked with the debris….

Even with the gentle use of compressed air, still nothing comes out so the only option is to remove the plug completely and I know what will happen….

What a miserable start of the weekend…..

Even I was prepared for the shower of coolant, still managed to get it on my hair….

I need to wash the front header really well as lots of coolant got in contact with it.

Just in the process of keep removing the old coolant hoses in this cold weather….

Aiming to finish everything by this Friday so that I can focus more on the 2 x head unit circuit board and 1 x Bose speaker AMP.

I have another head unit board that I have been looking into it for a long time….
