As seen on many NSX, many screw tabs at the door card were already cracked or completely gone.

Because so many of them were damaged, it would be cheaper to replace the plastic trim than trying to repair them so just used the existing non-OEM screws.

Dressed the eng while it's cold.

It was already looking nice but now it's even better.

Replaced the headlight cover bolts and installed the missing yellow bolt cap.

Unfortunately, I managed to drop one of the cap under there and couldn't find it so I'm going to send new one through the post later.

Poured 15L of strong stream of water for leak check around the door glass especially at the front sash and the top corner edge.

Checked from inside the cabin with tissue paper and completely dry so happy with the result.

Went out for a short test driving for wind noise check.

Brought upto 70mph and no wind noise so happy with it.

So, after nearly 3 months (originally, planned for just 1 month), finally it's done.

Both the owner and myself were caught by the hidden issues that were not spotted previously but
it was the same for me whenever started working on another NSX that I never serviced before.

At least, the majority of them were addressed now so please enjoy driving it regularly until the next big services.

Thank you for using my service and hope you are recovering from the long-long journey back to your place.

Interesting enough, the next NSX in the queue is also yellow….

Regards,
Kaz
