Cleaned and degreased the area before installing the upper weatherstrip.

















Properly installed.

















With the potential loose slider screws, decided to balance the alignment between ideal glass height against the amount of the inclination.

Otherwise, the owner won't be able to close the window under the existing condition.

The left door window won't fully close and as reported earlier, when the car arrived at my place, lot of water was seen at the side sill.

Not going to do anything at the left side as it will require full window refresh.




















Removed all of the old OEM white glue and cleaned the door panel to this level.




















Then, applied the fresh butyl tape and installed the new white sheet.

So much better now.

In fact, despite some of the holes not covered with the deadening material, it sounded far better than the left side speaker.

















As my standard procedure, applied small amount of silicone compound at the non-WPC.

Not sure why Honda didn't use WPC spec because so many NSX are showing the intermittent issue of unlock/lock switch doesn't work.
