The inner molding was already bent/damaged and also two of the clips were dead.

Don't have any spares so placed the good ones at both ends of the molding and placed the dead ones in the middle so that at least, it will stay in place.

The outer molding showed similar story.

There were only two clips when there should be six. This was the reason why the molding was rattling.

At some point, the molding was removed but not placed back properly that the rubber garnish was squashed and already took set.

Applied gentle heat and glued the end but the damage was already done and the rubber just didn't want straightening itself.

However, the black outer surface was still clean and despite the deformed rubber garnish, the damage was not enough to
replace this expensive parts so even I had a new one in stock, decided to re-use it.

Best replacing it together with all other parts at the time of window refresh.

Looks like the door mirror adjuster connector was destroyed and being replaced with non-WPC spec terminals…..

Not great as this area is full of moisture.

The quality of some of the new parts are no longer the same level as they used to be.

Not a big issue once installed as it will stretch but this rubber garnish end should not look like this.

The rear sash alignment adjuster was not installed properly but looking at other areas, it could have been done on purposely.

The adjuster was maxed out.

I think the thread lock of the sliders became loose and the lower section of the window glass is sticking outwards too far that
the top edge of the glass was too close to the chassis panel.

Unless replacing the slider, guide rail, front sash, etc for the window refresh, it can't be aligned properly and thus, there is no point spending any more days for the alignment.

Already spent few days by now…..
