Torqued all the suspension area bolts/nuts/etc under 1G and back on the lift.

As reported at the very beginning, someone already trimmed the U-shaped stiffener bar as the exh flange was hitting it.

Depending on the temperature, it will probably make metal noise but going to leave it as it involves the alignment of entire exh system including the aftermarket backbox hanger.

There is still good clearance between the rear header and the sub-frame so happy with that.

MTF filled to the spec.

Pressure bled the brake system and set the fluid level to here as my standard procedure when re-using the old pads.

Adjusted the base idle rpm. This is non-DBW so must disable the EACV.

Someone touched the idle air adjust screw in the past and with thoroughly cleaned TH body, EACV, etc, had to close the screw a lot.

If your engine is at correct timing and with clean TH body, you should be able to run your eng at about 600rpm smoothly with electrical load as well as without.

Sealed the idle adjust screw.

No need to touch it for many years.
