Although I already re-routed the front O2 sensor, decided to add one metal tyrap here loosely.

Manually forcing the water valve to fully open in preparation for the vacuum leak check.

You don't need CCU for this.

Will adjust the control cable later so that it can fully close the water valve when set at max cold setting.

By now, the battery is already in conditioning mode outside of the car.

New oil filter from the owner.

Filled with fresh eng oil.

I'll need extra amount as I cleaned thoroughly the oil pan.

As the owner has to replace all these brake pipes later, not going to spend much time rerouting the ABS upgrade loom.

In order to replace the brake pipes, the cable must be pushed away so just used several tyraps to hold it in place so that it won't scratch against sharp edge or trapped under vibration.

The reason why the water valve didn't sit well.

The pin that supposes to hold the valve body was broken off and missing.

Can't do anything without the missing pin.

The blower motor housing back in place and double checked that none of the loom, etc were trapped.
