As the engine is now closed and no way I can remove the drive shaft safely, decided to place the rear header back in place.

Not sure about the previous installation or the manufacturing process of this header material.

There were several uneven surface or even leak markings on the flange.

Reconditioned as much as possible.

Used new NA2 spec gasket and nut.

Carefully torqued from inside out and at least, I now got big enough clearance against the sub frame.

Previously, it was hitting it heavily leaving clear markings.

Not sure what will happen once back in the bay as the side mounts are not in place yet but at least, god sign.

With aftermarket header, no point in placing this O2 sensor bracket back on the cyl head as it can't be used.

The wire will melt.

Instead, just place it here so that it can be used to route the O2 sensor cable away from the header.

The photo I forgot to take previously.

The P08 spec VTEC spool valve filter and gasket with new bolts.

For this NSX, I was caught by the mistake in the parts system.

Fortunately, I had these set in stock so no drama.

Front bank spool valve back in place together with the oil pressure sender unit using new o-ring.
