Once again, thank you to James at Injectortune for the quick turnaround.

Quick bench check to make sure all INJ are not seized before installation and also checked the state of the filter basket.

Although Injectortune will return INJ with the new o-ring installed, I prefer the OEM one because of the thicker diameter.

Also, to be sure that it's ethanol safe although ASNU one should be safe as well.














The o-ring, cushion ring, sealing ring, spacer........ All these new OEM parts installed on the INJ and the intake manifold.















Due to the use of composite gasket, it is important to create clean and fresh mating surface.

Therefore, prepared the VVIS bottom chamber using the oil stone.

















The new gaskets and washer for the VVIS and intake manifold installation.

Quite expensive….















New gasket at the EGR pipe.


















INJ and intake manifold are now back in place.















New o-ring at the IAT sensor after it was cleaned.
















Started placing back the Eng Loom.
