Cleaned the mating surface of the oil cooler/filter housing and new o-ring installed.


















The coolant hoses at the oil cooler.

The most time consuming task of replacing just two coolant hoses on our NSX.

Although they were replaced in the past by someone, one of them were kinked and the other one was not done properly so had to replace them again.
















Applied high temp silicone grease at the oil cooler top hat in a hope to minimise the future rust.





















Briefly dressed the TB lower and mid covers.

Temporarily placed the valve covers for alignment check of mid covers but already looking good.





Time for the marathon 4Hrs valve clearance adjustment task…..

Temperature looking very good this weekend so not worried about keeping the garage air at stable condition.







One bad news for other owners in the queue.

This owner just decided to go for the R & L drive shaft service and as the eng/gbox is already off the car,
I'm afraid I don't think I can remove the spindle nut until after placing the eng/gbox back in the bay as they are seized…..

Another delay……
