Looks so much clean now.















One of the reason why I always get the TB from Japan using different parts no..

The owner bought almost all of the parts long time ago and brought with the car this time but the TB was delivered like this.

It's the same in UK as you will be using 14400- parts no......


You don't want letting it in contact with the the grease, oil, etc or squashed during the delivery…..

I always prefer the one purchased in Japan.
Sealed in the bag and lots of caution label to warn not to bend, extra sticker to show the date and mileage the TB was replaced, etc.
When I hand carry the parts, I even place just the TB in my cabin luggage for extra protection.

















New TB tensioner and bolt installed.

Before adjusting the TB tension, just check each timing marks like 10 times.
