I'm saying the same thing as 1 week ago.....
Glad the site is back and up running again. Thank you to Kevin (forumadmin) and NSXGB.
Seems like it stops every 7 days or so these days....

Already TB/WP installed and starting the valve clearance adjustment so just some photos from the front bank cam shaft installation.

Super dirty TB cover plate.

Because some of the seals around the engine were not installed properly in the past, by now, both plates accumulated so many sticky debris trapped by the leaked oil.

On top of these, the usual issue of melting potting from the CYL/CRK sensor.

It's very rare but there were several failure reports of this sensor due to potting melted too far and
allowing changes in resonance frequency causing extra vibration at the sensor head so
best replaced at each Eng Refresh if potting melted away a lot.

Despite the somewhat too tight TB tension before start of the service,
you can clearly see the TB was hitting the rear TB cover plate in the past.

New gasket installed at both cover plates.
