This one is the very early model so I knew I’m going to have fun with lots of rusty/seized bolts and nuts.

I’ll be carrying out another TB/WP/Valve service, cooling system, Driveshaft, Brake OH and so on.

The owner was suffering from excessive squeaking noise inside the cabin due to the poor installation of interior panels during the windshield replacement/repair.

Unfortunately, someone forced to install some of the trims/panels and thus, there were lots of gaps and wrong installation method used.

Looks like I need to remove the ceiling, entire dashboard, etc and apply felt wool to minimise the noise.

As I’ll be visiting the alignment place again and in order to remove both R & L drive shafts, sprayed the penetrating oil on suspension bolts.

Some of the adjusters were really seized but managed to release them.

Will treat them with the silicone grease later.

Outboard joint at the right drive shaft was splashing so much grease…

I just hope it is not too late because from time to time, the internal rollers could be damaged due to lack of grease and 100’s of pin bearings will be smashed…
