Before removing the TB, measured the existing valve clearance.

Out of 24 adjustments, only 7 of them were within the spec. Rest of them were all too wide.

Apart from one of the inlet valve, remaining three adjustments were just a bit too wide at #3cyl so all valve stems were fine.
















Based on the presence of the green paint marking, I'm quite sure this TB tensioner was re-used during the last TB service.

The grease was splashed so I always recommend replacing at each TB service.

















Very rusty crank end where the TB drive pulley was sitting and the seal was still wet so it's leaking…..
To be replaced.





















Rear bank camshafts.

Several places were showing extra wear markings and also scuff caused by rust/moisture at one of the cam lobe.

Probably never removed in the past so will inspect them later but nothing serious so no need worrying.
