Going to remove the intake manifold later so all INJ area looms are removed.

There is no point in re-using these narrow hoses at the EACV, Fast Idle valve, TH body, etc.

The pipes were all rusty and not cleaned/treated when all these hoses were replaced in the past.

I'll replace at least 5 of them as I'll be cleaning the EACV area any way.

Despite the outside appearance, internal engine looked very clean for this mileage.

No severe blowby stain at the front bank so eng oil looked to be replaced regularly and even the backside of the front valve cover was fairly clean.

Very good.

TB itself was heavily contaminated due to big hole at the Lower cover….

Surprisingly, the TB tension was as if just been being adjusted.

Very tight or I must say, too tight for the mileage/age covered for this TB.

I know there are many mistakes on the workshop manual as well as on the parts system but found new mistake.

For this Eng No. and spec of NSX, the parts system was showing that it should be using PR3 original spec spool valve filters.

About 4 years ago, I sent the info to the owner for the parts and even placed a note to measure the diameter for it but I forgot to confirm his answer.
He bought the parts at that time.

Fast forward and now his NSX is at my place.
And look at this…..

It's about 25mm so the filters are the later spec P08 spec…..

I even double checked the latest parts system info using the VIN and Eng No. and it's still wrong.….

Better tell Honda about it…..
