I'm afraid there is a cut at the front eng mount and looks as if it's gone through all the way to the other side…..

Not sure whether this is the result of centre bolt not tightened at all but after discussing with the owner, we are going to replace it so not going to bother cleaning this one.

As mentioned previously, depending on the design of the aftermarket header, the rear bank header can hit the sub frame.

And this one was doing it for a long time.

Not sure it was caused by the loose front eng mount bolt but I may need doing something to prevent this from happening in the future.

This CL slave cyl was replaced in the past and someone applied extra grease inside….

Hope it was the correct spec for the rubber seal….

Not impressed but not leaking yet…..

Although the coolant hoses were replaced in the past, looks like the pipes were never cleaned or treated properly.

Already heavily corroded…..

Going to take some time cleaning them…..

Same story at the engine side…..

Glad we caught it just in time.

If it got worse, the whole water passage had to be replaced.
Very expensive…..

By the way, I don't like the small play on this caliper.

Either the parking brake mechanism is not working properly or piston not moving smoothly.

Already being told that all of them were overhauled in the past.....

Will at least remove the caliper and rotate the piston to see the movement.

Something melted???
