Now I know the reason why the routing of the ABS upgrade brake lines looked strange.

As reported earlier, it was even causing interference between the CL hyd line and BR booster vacuum line.

The position/order of the pipes that goes into the rubber block was wrong and crossed thus causing the pipes to touch the body panel
as well as scratching each other including the above two lines.

Should be using the metal cramp and not tyrap here.

The pipe clamp was used at the wrong place and many more mistakes....

Already spent long hours trying to re-route everything but the pipes were so much deformed that I came to a conclusion that
enough damages/deformation were done that it would cost more for me trying to correct the pipe shape than replacing all of them with the new ones.

For now, I'll route the pipes in the correct order, install the proper bracket and double check that none of them are touching each other or any panels.

The pipe shape won't be perfect but at least, it's now safe to drive.....

Removed the bottom tray so that I can replace the radiator hoses later.

And yes, even the bottom side of the radiator was leaking…..

Good call to replace the radiator now although I was told that some sort of refurbishment was done in the past....

By the way, these hose clamps at the heater core were not placed at the correct or ideal position.

The upper one was not even on the hose properly (blue arrow).

Also, the angle is not ideal considering the future service.
You can't access them without removing the blower motor fan housing next time if someone wants to replace the hoses.
Please place the clamp (yellow arrow) facing the right door mirror so that it can be accessed easily in the future.

Both hoses were placed too deep towards the bulkhead.
On these pipes, there is a ribbed section acting as the stopper but because the hose was pushed too far,
the clamp was sitting on top of it.

Not ideal to change the clamp position after the hose took set in the shape of the clamp but must do something.
Will correct the angle and the position later.

The shift cable.

This white plastic/silicone disc should be at the upper side, not here.
