Preparing for the compression check before Eng Refresh to get the base reference.
The air cleaner element was very dirty and not enough light could pass through even when held against really strong LED light.
The owner brought the new filter so will be replaced.

TH body is very dirty and covered in sticky blowby mist.
It will be removed and washed thoroughly later.
It will also have its EACV filter replaced and the fast idle valve cleaned.

By the way, looks like someone already touched the idle air adjust screw in the past.
Interesting to see how dirty behind there.

Looks like someone splashed so much Eng oil in the past and left it like that.
The oil was even at the IG coil head.

The rubber seal at the Front IG coil cover was already swollen that I couldn't even hold it in its place.

At rear bank, extra rust was observed even at the distance collar.
Later, I found the reason....

Front IG coils. Not too bad from this angle.
The spring was also fine.

However, at #6 cyl, there was interesting crack at the head.
Normally, I would see cracks at the connector if someone dropped it but on this one, there was no such thing and just at the head.

To be on the safe side, I'm afraid I recommend replacing this with a new one as your engine has slight misfire as well.
