This NSX has Type-R CL pedal with damper-less joint.
However, the pedal feeling felt bit strange compared to the same setup on my NSX.

Turned out, the pushrod free play was adjusted really to the minimum.
Not a problem but just needs to be careful as the seal could sit on top of the hydraulic feed port and depending on the temperature change, it may result in no free play at all.

By the way, although the paint marking suggests that this CL master cyl was replaced in the past, it looked as if it's already leaking.......
Please keep eye on the reservoir level.

This NSX arrived with aftermarket fuel filter.
That's not a problem but the installation method is.

The filter body was twisted during the installation and caused the fuel line fitting to chew into the other side.
This is not good at all.
Hope it didn't cut through too deep.
Will replace fuel filter while the engine is out and re-align the feed/return fuel pipes.

Not great photo but looks like someone re-used the old design TB cover when replacing the WP to the later spec.

That reminded me of one thing.
The owner told me that he had crank pulley failure in the past while on the long distance trip but fortunately, it was spotted before chewing into the TB.

Looks like the crank pulley shield was installed but the damaged TB cover was re-used so there is still a big hole in the cover.
Not great as all sort of debris can jump in there......
Hope it's not the cause of the whine noise that owner also noticed.......

Addition to the previous photo regarding the TH cable holder bracket, it's also missing another cable bracket. Should have the one line on my red NSX.
Probably when someone removed the eng bay cooling fan, forgot to place it back.

Apology for the poor focus but hope the owner can get the idea.
The oil pan is showing slight dent.

Not enough to be alarming and since I'll be replacing the pan gasket, I may try pushing it out.
